I suggest you visit Houaryou's page in his property manager mod. You will have a sea without waves when you arrive at the island:)

This is really lovely!!! I hope you go back and edit to raise it just a lit tle higher so the waves dont go through the middle of the dance floor, thats the only bummer, hope you can fix this!
