Basically getting to India (and back?) would only be worth around 30% completion, the rest would be tied to things like finding all the women that are eligible for marriage and getting the full set of gifts. I’m beginning to feel like this could be a kind of fun edutainment game.

I'd worry Ibn might catch the Coronavirus considering the fact Mongolia Borders China, and then remember this is the 1300s. not nowadays.

Only, these "side trips" aren't really side quests, they're the actual storyline, thus making it clear to players what's really going on when you do a "side quest."

I can't help but note how this is so much like one of those big RPG video games where you put up the Story missions in order to do all the side missions before moving on with the main quest.
