Major Update - Melvor Idle 2 v0.6.0-alpha

New Feature: Event Log
Accessed in game at the bottom right-hand corner.
The event log is brand new to Melvor Idle 2. This feature displays historical events that have taken place during your play session, allowing you to view important milestones or potential issues that may have arisen since you last looked at the game.
The event log will allow you to see:
Previous offline progress summaries.
Missed notifications, like Mastery Guild Task progress/completion or Skill level ups.
If a Skill automatically stops, it will tell you why.
Potential issues from Skills that require your attention. One example being automations in Farming that failed due to lack of wine/resources.
There are also Event Filtering options which will allow you to hide any event you don't wish to see.
This is a feature that will grow alongside the game, with new events added for each Skill and feature where it makes sense. It will also provide Native Notifications in the future for important events that require your immediate attention.
New Temporary Feature: Pin Skills to Sidebar
We have implemented a temporary feature that allows you to pin Skills to the sidebar by simply using your middle mouse button on the Skill in the Sidebar navigation area.
We use the word temporary here, as it's not a feature that’s fully fleshed out just yet. It’s more something we wanted to get into the game ASAP to somewhat improve the general navigation experience of the game.
New Content: Fishing Bait
We have added four types of Fishing Bait to the game, which can be enabled within Fishing.
Fishing Bait is a consumable Item that provides bonuses to Fishing while active. When enabled, it will consume 1 bait per catch (regardless of what is caught, or how long it took).
Bait is created in Cooking.
Only 1 bait can be used at any time.
New Quality of Life
We have also added a few more quality of life features around the game to improve your overall playing experience. Here’s a breakdown of the key new additions:
General
Upon loading a save, the game will open the Skill you are training by default.
Farming Plots now show what Compost is applied to it.
Artisan Skills now show the XP value of the recipe on the buttons themselves.
Ctrl/Cmd +/- will now zoom the UI in or out.
Alt+Enter or F11 will now toggle fullscreen mode.
Added new Interface Setting which allows you to change Mastery Guild Level goals into XP goals instead.
Skill Level goal in the Tracker now shows XP required on hover to reach that goal.
Bank
Items now remember which tab it was last placed in. This means after depleting the stack, they will be automatically added to that same Bank tab.
Ctrl/Cmd + A will select all items in a Bank Tab.
Middle Mouse Click on an empty Bank Tab will delete it.
Other New
We have added Level Up Jingles for all Skills. When you level up, a small Jingle will play. The volume for this is attached to the Notifications slider.
Tracker now shows how much XP is required to your level goal in a tooltip.
Farming artwork & Background has been added. Still 2 more missing which will be added in v0.6.1-alpha.
Bank UI now shows the keybinds at the bottom.
Changes
Updated artwork for Compost.
Exporting a save string has been changes to just copy the string to your clipboard, bypassing the extra popup step.
Changed the Firemaking Bonfire text to be more accurate to the fact it is not released yet.
Fixes
Fix Coalmpost breaking Farming due to an unintended 0 Wine cost.
Fix sizing issues with Tooltips for Compost.
Fix Ultra Compost requiring Level 90 Farming instead of the intended Level 80.
Fix regrow label in Farming showing in categories it doesn't belong in.
Fix display issue in Farming causing UI elements to overlap. This has some performance downsides which will be addressed in a future update.
Fix floating point errors for Mining Rock Break chances.
Fix minimum width issues for locked Farming categories.
Fix incorrect Redwood Bow image.
Fix tracker using old XP icon.

How do I access this through steam? I'm using the standalone but would rather have it there. I used the code I got in steam and Melvor 2 is in my library but it just says coming soon, no download option.

Oh, as a cool addon for bait, maybe make a junk item a minnow? And maybe add a potential drop from crops worms? Will be fun if you incorporate other skills into obtaining it, too, like, if you add flies as a slayer drop due to zombies or something. Thank you for the update and the hard work!
