At this moment, Momousagi looked at the Straw Hat crew standing before her, and all she could think was how much she wanted them to leave immediately.
If this went on any longer, things would spiral out of control.
“Trash pirates, leave now while you still can.”
Momousagi cast a sidelong glance at Luffy as she spoke, even throwing him a discreet signal with her eyes.
Right now, only Robin recognized her. The rest had no idea who this woman was.
Only when Momousagi took off her disguise and revealed the Marine coat on her back could one identify her true identity.
A Marine?
A Marine telling us to leave?
What kind of joke is that?
They hadn’t even saved Camie yet!
They had to knock these guys out!
If Momousagi knew what Luffy was thinking, she would’ve snapped.
You wanna save someone? Then save them!
Why are you picking a fight?
Just snatch the keys and get out—what’s with all the extra drama?!
But Luffy’s way of thinking? Not even someone who cracked open his head like Vir could figure that out.
So what chance did Momousagi have?
Still, what puzzled her more was that even Robin didn’t urge the others to retreat.
By right, Robin knew exactly how overwhelmingly strong Momousagi was—she could wipe the floor with all of them.
And yet, Robin just sat there, calmly watching the scene unfold as if waiting for something.
Not in a hurry at all.
Momousagi was eager to get Luffy and the others to scram.
But someone else was less than pleased.
The Celestial Dragon, seeing a powerful Marine appear, quickly went from fearful to arrogant again.
“Hahahaha! Well done, Marine! I’ll have Sengoku give you a reward later!”
“Now, cripple them all and drag them before me!”
Saint Rosward shouted with unbridled arrogance.
Luffy’s expression turned even darker in fury when he heard that.
No hesitation at all.
He launched another attack toward Momousagi.
The others wanted to go after the keys, but the situation had clearly taken a turn.
Unless they dealt with this woman first, nobody was going anywhere.
So they all charged at Momousagi, hoping to quickly take her down.
But her strength was far beyond what they could handle.
In the span of just one second, Momousagi had already floored every single one of them.
But she didn’t injure them.
They simply lost the ability to move, temporarily.
Within ten seconds, they’d recover.
She just wanted them to understand the gap in power and flee.
After this, she shot Robin a look, silently urging her to use her powers to haul these idiots away.
But Robin ignored her completely.
That made Momousagi a little irritated.
How could this woman be so dense?
Can’t she see the difference in power?
Why hasn’t she gotten her crewmates out yet?!
Is she waiting to die?!
But no matter how much Momousagi mentally screamed, Robin remained motionless, calmly watching as if none of this concerned her.
By now, almost everyone in the area had evacuated.
Only a few stragglers remained in their seats.
Kid, Law, and their crews were already thinking of bailing.
Because this woman was someone they absolutely could not handle.
Once she was done with the Straw Hats, they’d be next.
If that guy from the Straw Hat crew were here, maybe things could still turn around.
But clearly, he wasn’t.
Against this woman, the Straw Hats were little more than bugs.
They needed to get out—now.
Or they’d all be dead.
With that thought, they turned and started heading out.
“See the difference now, trash pirates? If you don’t wanna die, get lost!”
Momousagi glared at the downed Luffy and the others as she spoke.
But really, it was for Robin’s ears...
Robin: Hm?
Momousagi was practically fuming.
This was bad!
If the Celestial Dragons started throwing fits, there’d be no chance to escape!
Stupid woman!
She had never met someone this oblivious!
As she raged internally, the Straw Hats lay on the ground, feeling their numb bodies.
Their shock could no longer be contained.
This woman...
She’s insanely strong!
They didn’t stand a chance!
Even all of them attacking at once—totally useless.
Do they have no choice but to retreat?
But if they did...
What about Camie...?
What do they do now...?
If only Vir were here...
They just weren’t strong enough.
Too weak.
We’re too weak!
They couldn’t even handle this Marine who appeared out of nowhere!
Damn it!
Have they not trained hard enough?!
If we make it out of this alive—
We’ll train like hell!
Push ourselves to the limit!
We’ve got Vir—he’ll make sure we don’t die, but this feeling of helplessness—we never want to feel it again!
Everyone found themselves thinking that.
This was the second time they’d faced an opponent completely out of their league.
Last time, Kuma had let them off easy.
But this time—it was the Marines.
And now, they truly understood the gap between them and true strength.
But the clearer that gap became...
The more they were in awe of Vir’s monstrous power.
They all started at the same line.
So how the hell did he get so strong so fast?!
He can even exchange blows with a Marine Admiral!
That’s insane!
Meanwhile, Momousagi’s words, unsurprisingly, infuriated the Celestial Dragons behind her.
“What did you say?! You’re letting them go?! I told you to bring them to me, you worthless Marine!”
Saint Rosward shouted angrily.
As he yelled, he raised a small golden pistol and pointed it at Momousagi’s head.
“Disobeying me, huh?! Then DIE, you filthy Marine!”
Bang! Bang! Bang!
He fired three shots at her head.
Momousagi simply tilted her head slightly.
The bullets whizzed past her ears.
They were so powerful that they made her hair whip violently from the air pressure.
Three thuds echoed as the bullets buried into the wall behind her.
Sunlight started streaming through.
The thick auction house wall—had been pierced clean through.
Law and Kid, just reaching the doorway, had to halt in their tracks.
They’d nearly gotten shot!
No doubt about it—those Celestial Dragon guns packed serious firepower.
A direct hit would definitely be painful.
Now, Momousagi was genuinely annoyed.
She was trying to save him—and he shot at her?!
She had long known what kind of people the Celestial Dragons were.
But still, actually facing them left her fuming.
Yet she couldn’t get mad.
And she certainly couldn’t lay a hand on them.
“Papa~ I want to shoot the reindeer~ I wanna give it two shots~ I wanna eat its... um, reindeer stick~ Reindeer stick is the best~!”
Saint Charlos giggled, skipped over toward Chopper with what looked like a toy gun.
“Hehehe~”
His words made Saint Rosward beam with pride.
“Go on, son! Shoot whoever you want! With me here, you don’t even have to eat beef if you don’t want to!”
He laughed heartily.
He didn’t bother Momousagi anymore and shifted his focus to Luffy.
This bastard had tried to hit him earlier!
Unforgivable!
He had to die here today!
Rosward turned the pistol toward Luffy.
Given the pistol’s earlier performance, if Luffy weren’t made of rubber, a headshot would’ve been fatal.
Meanwhile, Saint Shalria was walking toward Robin.
She wasn’t going to let this woman die an easy death.
Anyone who opposed the Celestial Dragons—
Must suffer all the pain the world had to offer.
And she’d start by wrecking that filthy mouth of hers!
At that moment, Chopper wore the mask of despair—because that idiot’s words had truly terrified him.
'W-What?'
'He wants to eat WHAT?!'
'A reindeer stick?'
'That stick?!!'
'NO! ABSOLUTELY NOT!'
Chopper’s face turned pale green from fear.
'I can’t lose something this precious!'
'Big Bro would disown me!'
'Wait...'
'If Big Bro sees me like that...'
'Would he think I’m injured...'
'And then...'
'Try to "heal" me down there?!'
Chopper’s face went deathly pale.
His fear had just skyrocketed to a whole new level!
