OP Doctor - Ch 167
🕑 Added 2025-04-17 16:01:09 +0000 UTCChapter 167: You’ve Already Earned a Death Sentence
Nami, Chopper, and the starfish sitting beside Robin were all stunned.
Sure, they had been truly desperate just moments ago—
But this?
Now, their shock was just as overwhelming.
Had Robin lost her mind?!
Robin!
This... this situation was extremely dangerous!
The way those Celestial Dragons were looking over had completely changed!
Their bodyguards were already on the move!
What now?!
Isn’t this the end?!
They were all filled with despair again.
From despair to even deeper despair!
Why did Vir have to be missing at a time like this?!
What were they supposed to do?! Waaah!
Nami was completely panicking.
The situation turned way too fast.
“Go! Tear that wretched woman’s mouth off! I want to see how she dares speak like that!”
The father Celestial Dragon shouted furiously.
No hesitation at all.
Just as the group of bodyguards started charging over—
BANG!
The door was kicked open hard!
A figure wearing a straw hat appeared at the entrance.
Kid and Law’s eyes lit up instantly.
Though Kid clicked his tongue, clearly annoyed.
Even Momousagi looked over, surprised.
When she saw it was Luffy, a flicker of anticipation appeared in her eyes.
But as the rest entered through the door, that anticipation faded.
Among the people who came in, the one she was searching for wasn’t there.
“Luffy! Zoro! Usopp! Sanji! Franky! Brook!”
Nami shouted with joy.
Everyone had come.
Well, except for one person—Vir.
At this moment, Vir was eyeing Brook with great interest.
What a strange skeleton.
Looked like a pure skeleton through and through.
He wondered...
Would treating someone like this be possible?
Right behind Luffy, Brook suddenly shivered.
He had a chill for some reason.
Like he’d just been locked onto by some kind of evil spirit.
But come on, he was already a skeleton. What could anyone want with him?
He’d already died once—what, was some ghost gonna dismantle his bones?
No way... right?
He glanced around once and didn’t think much more of it.
Luffy immediately sensed the tension in the air.
And after Nami’s brief explanation...
He didn’t hesitate at all.
He charged straight at the bodyguards.
Nami was left completely dumbfounded.
“To save Camie, we just have to beat them up, right? Got it!”
Nami: 'That’s not what I meant!!'
But Zoro and the others didn’t hesitate either.
They followed Luffy straight into the fray.
Only Usopp and Nami clung to each other, trembling.
Were these guys serious?! Vir wasn’t even here, and they were already making a mess!
Robin smiled slightly at the scene.
For some reason, Vir—sitting in the corner—felt like her eyes had flickered.
And they might have even glanced in his direction?
Had she noticed Momousagi already?
No, Momousagi’s disguise was decent.
She wasn’t dressed formally.
Robin had only seen her once—there was no way she’d recognize her.
So what was she looking at?
Just a random glance?
Surely not at him, right?
He was just a regular civilian right now!
Meanwhile, Chopper saw everyone joining the fight—
Of course, he couldn’t fall behind!
"If Big Bro is not here, then I’ll be the Big Bro!"
With that shout, he leapt from Robin’s arms like an excited puppy!
Mid-air, his body swelled into his muscular Heavy Point form!
Then he charged alongside Luffy and the others!
The surrounding crowd was terrified.
Were these people crazy?
They actually dared defy the Celestial Dragons?
Were they tired of living?
This wasn’t a joke—soon, there’d be a few more pirate corpses on Sabaody Archipelago.
As they thought this, they quickly evacuated.
If the Celestial Dragons got angry—
They might just wave a hand and shout:
"I want everyone here to die with them!"
That would be a disaster!
“You dare! You lowly scum! You dare defy the creators of this world?! You dare offend gods?!”
“Guards! Call reinforcements! Call the Marines!”
The old guy with the flashy glasses screamed at the top of his lungs.
But Luffy and the others paid him no mind.
Gods?
The last guy who claimed to be a god got shredded by Vir’s chainsaw.
You’re all just begging to die at this point!
If only Vir were here—
He’d definitely give them a proper "treatment".
Kid and Law, watching Luffy’s overwhelming momentum, started to worry.
These guys...
Were they really about to beat up a Celestial Dragon?
Then things would get messy.
Kid, however, smirked slightly.
Seemed like the strongest guy wasn’t here.
Perfect chance to settle things with that straw-hat!
How dare he have a higher bounty than him!
Kid fumed internally.
He had no intention of challenging Vir.
He might be reckless—but he wasn’t stupid...
Honestly, the Celestial Dragons’ bodyguards were pathetic.
They were used to bullying the weak.
But now that they were facing real fighters, they crumbled like trash.
It didn’t take long before all of them were taken out!
The floor was littered with unconscious guards.
Luffy finally reached the three Celestial Dragons.
But the trio didn’t panic one bit.
They didn’t believe anyone would dare really hurt them.
The old man looked at Luffy, sneering, and said, “Brat, if you kneel and beg for mercy now—and agree to be our slaves—I might spare you.”
“That deer! Yes, that deer must become my personal mount! And that woman—she must tear her own mouth apart!”
“Otherwise! You’ll all die!”
Right after him, his son and daughter chimed in:
“Yeah! I want to pull out all her teeth! Even her tongue!”
“I want~ I want the deer-deer~ Hehehe~ I’m gonna cut off its antlers and give them to Papa~”
The old man looked so proud.
What wonderful children he had.
One was creative, the other so filial.
“Good, good~ You’ll both get what you want! Hahaha!”
But just then, a voice interrupted.
“I’m not gonna be your ride! And I won’t let you hurt Robin!”
Chopper, now in his Walk Point form, shouted firmly.
The rest of the Straw Hat crew looked pissed too.
If Vir were here...
Anyone daring to call his disciple a mount would get an instant "chainsaw neck treatment".
Heads off. No questions.
The trio’s faces instantly twisted with rage.
But Luffy didn’t feel like wasting another word.
He raised his hand—and launched a stretched-out punch straight at the old guy’s face.
That bastard’s words had ticked Luffy off hard.
So this punch—packed a real punch.
Kid and Law exchanged glances.
“Hmph. Idiots.” Kid muttered in annoyance.
“Y-You—! How dare you strike me! Are you insane?!”
Saint Roswald, finally realizing the danger, shrieked in panic.
But Luffy didn’t hold back!
These guys made him angry.
Just as his fist was about to connect—
A figure appeared in front of Luffy.
A hand caught his punch effortlessly.
Luffy’s attack didn’t even budge the palm.
His eyes widened in shock.
The seat in front of Vir was now empty.
Momousagi, gripping Luffy’s fist, wore a conflicted expression.
As a Marine, she was duty-bound to protect these pigs.
But she really didn’t care whether they lived or died.
Still, if she didn’t act now—
Everyone here might end up doomed.
Hitting a Celestial Dragon... that was a death sentence.
And if they died—
When Vir returned, wouldn’t he go berserk?
He’d probably be back soon, right?
And then—wouldn’t he slaughter these Celestial Dragons?
She didn’t have any ulterior motives whatsoever.
Yeah, she was just afraid that these Celestial Dragons would be killed by Vir.
That was it.
She was doing her duty.
