I'm not quite sure what you're asking for here, since this is entirely patron-suggested topics already! Patrons at the $15 tier suggest a topic every month, and we hold a raffle to see which patron topic makes it in to the vote.

I did that for previous ones, but dropped it here because I wasn't sure if it was helpful or not. Good to hear that it was - it shall return for future votes!

Normally every fourth vote, with some variation if (for example) a Patreon-suggested topic wins on it own. In this case, we moved it up to the third vote because we haven't seen any Patreon-suggestion topic win (though they've come in second both times) and we wanted to make sure they got a second chance.

But, I want to hear about them all. I ended up choosing the Spanish Inquisition, as it's a topic I have always skimmed past, but find interesting. The Zulu Empire is a good choice too. I don't know a whole lot about it before its unfortunate run-in with the British Empire. Alexander is a fascinating topic too, but I already have a couple of books and wargames covering his campaigns.

Voted Zulu, but it would be interesting to see how they could cover the inquisition without it being absolutely horrifying.

I would really like to see a patron submission topic at some point but under stand that going though all the ideas people would submit would be very time consuming for you. FYI: if you did I would probably ask to see and episode on: The Golden Age of Piracy, or China, or the North Africa Pre-Islamic Empires.

May I suggest adding a description for each topic? Partly to add just some information about the time in history and the part of the world in which the events takes place, and partly to describe your focus.

Hurrah for the Zulu Empire! I do think it is a good idea with these Patreon-suggested votes. Will they be the case every second or third voting?

Going with Zulu Empire just because the other two are covered in occidental history books. We know very little about the amazing history of Africa, and it should help lifting the veil of it a bit.
