Robbie Medica

He can self destruct in the same way anyone with energy can, like Vegeta did.

Shamir Smith

Jiren was so overwhelmingly powerful in this episode. He just deflected all their attacks away like flies.

Naruto Uzumaki

Jiren had so much aura even his aura had auras

Jiren's head was so swollen because he was dropped on his head. Eventually he witnessed the murder of his family and became Bat-Jiren. After the death of master, he awakened his hidden powers and became Super-Jiren. All that aside, It was never stated what his actual wish was. But if you read the manga, Jiren's wish was to revive his dead master, who'd never considered him his successor. It was not due to Jiren's strength, but rather his solitary nature, which prevented him from working with others. Like Kakashi from Naruto, Jiren's sensei emphasized teamwork, not individual strength. Hopefully after this tournanment, Jiren will start to acknowledge his teammates and rely on them more.

No training with gods and angels, only solitude and strenght by himsefl through his sad past that is very realistic on the real life..Jiren is the GOAT and he is an ispiration

There's no way 17 could self-destruct. The bombs inside him and 18 were removed long ago by Krillin's wish. So unless, he went and got himself a new bomb surgically implanted in one of Gero's labs, it's safe to assume he DID NOT self-destruct.

Tarvas

"Nonchalant" is a good way to describe 17. Very dry and calm as well.

Not really goku fault either as we know Zeno was already gonna erase all the universes that were in the tournament before so goku gave everyone a chance to save themselves with this tournament

Scxrred

I personally don’t think Jiren is a villain. Yeah, he have his own selfish reasons but he’s just fighting for his universe like everyone else’s. But don’t you think we should blame the main character for getting every universe erase for his own fun?

Jiren's Backstory is Similar to Goku and Vegeta's Backstory They too lost their parents and their entire home planet ironically to the same guy who is currently fighting besides them in the Ring😂😂
