Ultra Instinct
Toriyama was 69.

This episode mentions Universe 7, which is a concept that only gets introduced by the third arc of Super. Just keep in mind there’ll be occasional mini-spoilers like this for Maaike. There’s nothing you can do about it, but it’s good to be aware

Bringing back anyone from death isn’t an inherently evil wish, so it works. Same as Frieza or Vegeta wanting to use the balls to wish for immortality. Of course the out of universe explanation is that Toriyama wrote Resurrection F before Daima. Because the newer lore is added retroactively, you might notice that some of this lore might recontexualize events from Z or Super in a weird way, but nothing too egregious
