ah yeah so far in this arc, the level of power we are seeing (ignoring orochimaru & Anko) are mainly on Genin scale. In time we should hopefully get more idea of where the our Konoha Genins power stands in the wider ninja world

ah yeah btw, Haku was an example to show that there can be very young ninja who are incredibly strong (e.g: there could even be some who can become jounin at very young age)

Thinking back on it, I'd say Lee got thrown off in that sound fight - reckon it's not really a fair measure of his strength
