Ah so that's why they didn't put it in the anime. I'm glad I know about her past now. It's always nice to know the past of the characters, so we can analyse them more
Kaizen
Haha yes, Maaike noticed it, but I was too focused on her scarrings 😂
Kaizen
It was so interesting to see his background story and made us appreciate Hiei a lot 😢
Kaizen
Yeah, it could be!
Kaizen
Wow what the hell, that's horrible. Thanks for explaining. I wished they would've explained in the anime, so we'd have some background info on her
Kaizen
I'm curious about that. Will they explain it in the anime? I think it's time to start reading the manga
Kaizen
We didn't see that coming!
Kaizen
Thanks for the recommendation We'll take a look at it! 😄

There's a (not rated pg) reason Mukuro looks like that. It's explained in the Manga but it was too...adult..for the anime 😭 Edit:: nvm, I saw someone put it in the comments already
Tacosareneat
You just saw her tiddies, guys lol. makuro is a woman.
Shamir Smith
You really get a complete sense for who Hiei is after this episode. He was just sad that he didn't have a family and was abandoned and left for dead. I think he felt so much pity for the ice women that killing them wasn't even worth it.
Shamir Smith
I can't help but think Makuro was in love with Hiei.
Shamir Smith
Hiei eventually becomes an S class demon thru his training with Makuro.
Shamir Smith
Makuro is female, and the manga goes into much more detail about her past. It's actually quite sad. She was sold off into slavery as a baby and as a child her owner would rape her everyday. One day, she mutilated herself by pouring acid on half her body so she wouldn't be appealing to her anymore and after he throw her away like trash.

Shes the 2nd king. Yomi is the 3rd king.
Smitty
Mukuro is a woman... And her past is very dark... Especially in the manga
Robert Singh
So surprise! Mukuro is a woman
MrInuhanyou123 .
You guys seem interested in short anime. Might I recommend Trigun 1998? It's so good and a real classic
MrInuhanyou123 .
Now you know the true face of Mukuro. she is third king of demon world. Apparently she got horribly burned by acid and so half her body is all scarred up like that. That's why she wears that mask thing.
