Yes kakashi has alot of experience and wisdom which rubs off nicely in his awesome character and understanding of others... like naruto & sasuke... Kakash knows real pain

You're totally right about that. She's very young and still has her family, unlike Naruto and Sasuke. They have real motivation to become stronger

Haku was originally supposed to be female, but for some reason Kishimoto made the character male at the last minute, but he had already drawn up the character design, so he just went with Haku being androgenous.

I really appreciate Maaike's perspective on Sakura's character. Like many others, I always thought Sakura was useless at this point in the story, but that’s exactly the point. Sakura is a young girl who doesn’t know much about the real world; she’s still very naive and childish, while Naruto and Sasuke grew up facing major struggles and trauma. I feel that this contrast highlights their differences and complements each character’s development!
