There's a few annoying mistranslations but it's much better than Z. I did prefer the sub. Really the only reason I prefer the Z dub is because of the Faulconer soundtrack.

I believe this arc is supposed to take place 4 years after Buu, so Videl should be around 20yo, Goten 11 and Trunks 12. Also, I'm so glad Maaike decided to come back !

Was it Patreon people, or YouTube people? I'd think people paying for someone's Patreon would have some level of niceness, but what do I know? 🤷🏻♂️
Hohoho
Just a small heads up that this arc and the one after it were rushed since they’re retellings, so the animation can get wonky. The movies look beautiful though

Nah the episodes give them way more information and detail, but the movies would be nice to see after them.

I was gonna suggest should do the 2 movies and skip to ep 28 of anime since the movies are way higher quality

GUYS BE NICE TO THEM

Welcome back! I still would have loved to see the movies before the episodes since thats the way we were introduced to them, but I'm really glad the reactions continue!!

Welcome back, Maaike/Alihan! When I first watched Dragon Ball Super, the art style really threw me off because I was so used to DBZ’s hand-drawn look. In DBZ, the fighters were bulkier and for the most part had more detail, which I loved. The digital art in Super isn't my favorite, but there’s a reason for it—it had insane deadlines, cramming what should’ve taken twice the time into a brutal schedule. A lot of people who worked on DBZ came back for Super. Thankfully, it gets better as the series goes on! Can’t wait for the reactions—let’s go baaaaaby!

Master Roshi went from 80s tv aerobics and Playboy magazines to smutty DVDs (due to the time period). Since DB Super is modern enough, he apparently hasn't heard of the Hub and a million other sites right at his finger tips 😆 He's too high class for that. For him, its what separates the perverts from the connoisseurs XD Good to have you two back on the next part of your DB franchise journey!

Have you guys seen battle of god movie?

There's one main reason I prefer the sub of Super to the dub, but it's such a trivial issue and might seem silly to you since it doesn't really come up until the very last episode. lol
