Also the androids from the future are actually significantly weaker then the present timeline. Trunks says this himself.

This movie is always hard to watch. Vegeta was also a super saiyan when the androids killed him. Tbh the androids in the future were really smart. They killed piccolo before he could fuse with Kami. And to get rid of the dragon balls. Then went after the only one at the time who was even close to their power level(Vegeta)

Here is a idea ask King kai to find and ask the Namekians to increase Porunga power and wish to bring everyone who was killed by the androids except for the most evil ones and for the next wish please bring Goku back to life.

That really was the last of the senzu beans The androids also attacked the tower and killed Master Korin so no more senzu beans in Trunks future I read if Gohan had taken it he would still have his left arm but he is pure of heart just like Father so he gave it to Trunks so Young Trunks would live
