Yeah the head always forces me to change the pose, and it almost always is forcing "too realistic" poses or I just quit and do a portrait lol Thx!

I do the head last, practically always. Getting the body down first is something I find necessary in order to keep the perspective manageable... It otherwise is ruled by the head tyranny, so to speak; then happens that we end up with flat camera angles, or the usual portrait shot. :3 At least in my experience.

I always like the attention towards the main body. I might need to watch the video again, but do you always start with the body? I draw head first and I'm looking for other ways to draw.
