So the bad news...

Anyone who follows my Twitter will know that last Friday, my primary work storage Hard Drive started having read issues. By Saturday evening it had become completely unreadable, taking about 4-6 months of data/work with it. RIP me.
I managed to recover about 5% of the most recent data, but the rest of the data is now unrecoverable, we suspect it was a corruption of the TOC/Allocation Tables. It's my own fault for not having a proper back up plan in place, a matter I swiftly rectified Saturday afternoon and plan on making more robust as my finances recover.
Now for the Good news...
All of my planing and game notes were not lost, (I have all of these saved on Trello), so while the "work" might be gone, the concepts and ideas still exist.
I managed to find some older files for the Desktop Buddy game and some yet to be released game ideas as well, just an hour or so ago while cleaning up some old USB Sticks.
So while it was a major set back, I will rebuild! Well, I already am ...
By piecing together the sections of the my progress videos, the Locker Room structure has been rebuilt (with some new additions/tweaks). The player controller and NPC Spawner have also been setup and are working like they were before (thanks planning notes).
My plan is to build a solid base with the intention of adding more rooms/locations/areas/NPC's over time. I want to start small, make a playable demo, gauge people's interest and then expand.
It's still a ways off from being what it was before the drive failure, but this time it will be bigger and better than before.
