And then it happened. A passenger plane was approaching.
The falling Mai collided with the passenger plane in mid-air.
No, to be precise, it was the plane's tail that caught the rope wrapped around Mai's ankle.
The passenger plane flew off into the eastern sky, dragging the rope and Mai along with it.
The host, gripping the microphone, announced, "We have just received information. That passenger plane has been identified as a flight from Narita to Honolulu. It seems she has set off for Hawaii.
I had heard that she was going to travel to Hawaii after the magic show, but I never expected her to depart for Hawaii in the middle of the performance...
As expected of a professional magician, she even calculated the timing of the plane's passage. What a wonderful production this is!!!
Now, everyone, please give a big round of applause for Mai!"
The venue erupted in thunderous applause.
Indeed, just as the producer had planned, this episode also ended successfully with high ratings.
