Hello, everyone watching on TV! How are you today?
Today, we are bringing you live coverage from the seafloor of the climax scene of the movie currently in production, Mai-chan: Peril at Sea! The scene we are filming now is a thrilling highlight where our heroine is bound underwater.
As this is an extremely dangerous scene, we have thoroughly explained everything to our lead actress, Mai, and she has agreed to take on this challenge.
2
Ah, please hold on, everyone.
We have just received word from the producer that filming in a swimsuit does not create enough visual impact...
So, without consulting Mai yet, we have decided to proceed with the shoot without her swimsuit.
3
Uh, another directive from the producer just came in.
He says the scene still lacks impact. So, once again, without informing Mai beforehand... we are removing her oxygen hose to increase the tension even further!
This is truly shaping up to be an intense, edge-of-your-seat moment!
Oh! Unfortunately, our broadcast time is running out. To see how this unfolds, be sure to watch the full movie when it airs during the New Year's special!
That’s all from the set! Goodbye!

…Seriously, though.
Why the hell is the director—that is, me—being made to do promotional work like this?
What a pain.
And that producer keeps butting into my work. I can’t take this anymore!
Oh, crap! I completely forgot about Mai!
Hey! You guys! What are you standing around for?
The broadcast is over—go get the heroine already!
Huh? What did you say?
A dark shadow is approaching…?
What the hell is that?
