“The Monthly Poll” mechanic & Tier Revamp plan

I got some new ideas I’d love to share with you and I want to know what do you think! :D
First, I’d like to talk about general content change. I’ll create 2 kinds of content after re-launch: public content and Patreon exclusive content (PE content for shorts). Public content will remain the same as before, I draw what I wish to draw. The only difference is that some of the public content will have NSFW version that only $5 patrons and above can see it. (more on that later). I plan to create 2 (3 if possible) public content per month.
PE content on the other hand can be directly influence by you. Here I’d like to propose “the monthly poll” idea that I’d like to implement as a way for you to influence my future content. I will gather ideas from $10 patrons or above. Together with a few of my own ideas, I will create a bunch of sketches (maybe 6-7 sketches). Then I will open a poll for $5 patrons or above to decide which 3 of them are to be fully rendered into a finished piece. I can gather ideas by the end of previous month, then start the poll at the first week of the current month. Release one at a time in the following 3 weeks. In shorts, $10+ patrons and I provide ideas, I provide sketches and $5+ patrons decide through polls.
For how to directly suggest content ideas. I was thinking maybe I can open a Discord server dedicated to this topic where we can not only share ideas, but also chat, or even plan for a small art project that you provide the ideas and I complete the series. But if this sounds too troublesome, we can just use Patreon’s message system or E-mail.
And here’s the whole list of tier revamp (Comments in the parentheses are my thought regarding the tier):

(Since I don’t provide actual benefit in that tier, retiring it could make the pledge page tidier.)

- Gain access to HD picture of public content.
(This tier stay the same. )

- 1. All benefits of previous tiers
- 2. Access to NSFW version of public content.
- 3. Access to Patreon exclusive content
- 4. Can participate monthly poll to vote on what should I draw next
(I’d like to make this tier as the primary tier for my Patreon so this tier would basically have all of the content.)
$10: (placeholder)Tier
- 1. All benefits of previous tiers
- 2. Can directly suggest Patreon exclusive content ideas to me which will become the monthly poll
- 3. Access to Abandoned/unfinished sketches or artworks that I do not intend to finish.
- 4. Access to Screenshots of my drawing process
- 5. Can commission me (with $10 already as the commission fee; can be accumulated over the months)
(I have been thinking about this tier for a quite a while. Eventually I decided to revamp this altogether since the polls show few interests in adoptable and adoptable would still take the time I need for completing full rendered commission. I’d like to keep the “adoptable” benefits for another 2 months before retire that benefit entirely.
Regarding “can commission me”, I actually already am doing so, but I’d like to make it clear. One thing to note is that I have been wanting to update my commission price sheet and make the price significantly higher so that I wouldn’t feel so stress over my actual hourly rate whenever I open for commission, which is the primary reason why I still reluctant to open publicly for commission. But after I raise the price tag, $10 wouldn’t be much of a amount for any type of commission. I hope other benefits I provide can be compensatory.)

- 2. Access to my experiences in drawing, such as drawing tips or tutorials
(Since there’re patrons who are interested in drawing tips or tutorials, I’d be happy to deliver. But considering creating drawing tips or tutorials would require additional time, I think some additional pledge would be necessary. I think I can create 1 tip or tutorial per month.)
$25: --
- Retire entirely.
(Well, Since there’s no one pledged in this.)
$50: (placeholder)Tier
- 1. All benefits of previous tiers
- 2. Can commission me with a special price and priority (with $50 already as the commission fee, can be accumulated over the months)
(This is the tier I struggle the most since full rendered commission really does take a lot of time. Well, F*** it, let's maintain the tier. The special price is there to keep the price for 1 fully rendered, full body character commission fee the same $50 as before the relaunch even though I updated my price sheet.)
So here’s everything I have so far. Well apart from tier name, I was thinking about maybe using some animal like bunny, kitty, foxes as tier name. Anyway, What do you think? :)
I probably shouldn’t but I’m actually very excited for the re-launch (part of the reason is that I will finally start sharing my NSFW works XD); So I’d love to gather more opinions so I can tweak the benefits and price and make these works. Please feel free to let me know any ideas you have in the comment below, if you don’t wish to let other know who you are, please feel free to share it with Patreon massages.^^

They seem like great channel updates to me and yes, maybe the only thing is that you should actually set a limit on the accumulating months: one thing is to accumulate a year of a level 10$ (120$/y), another is to accumulate a year of a level 50$ (600$/y) ... Oh, it was due to the fact that Dec’s exclusive content will be uploaded at the end of the month. So it’s coming up very soon. As for the accumulating amount being acclaimed all at once. I did think about it a little bit. Thankfully, all of my supporters have been very kind and if I can’t complete the commission in short notice, they are all willing to wait. So I think this part should be alright. I’m a bit more worry that if someone accumulate large amount, like $400 and claim it all at once. I thought about maybe I should set a limit about how much it can be accumulated, but later scraped it since I haven’t encountered anything like that before so perhaps I worried too much. Nonetheless, if all else fail, I think I can still rely on refund when I was really overwhelmed. Also thank you very much for the kind words. I always feel humbled by all other better artists on the internet. Your encouragement really give me confidence. 😊

I didn't realize you weren't sharing your NSFW stuff already. I must say, I am also very excited to see it! I like the idea that you let tier payment amounts accumulate towards a commission. It's kind of like a reward or customer loyalty system. Though you may want to be careful to manage expectations up-front lest you end up with a whole bunch of your supporters all accumulating enough points for free commissions all at once. Maybe a small number of first-come first-serve Commission slots each month will help keep those potential expectations in check? And, if you don't mind my saying, you should certainly NOT feel bad about raising your commission prices. You are a very talented artist providing high quality works. You deserve to be compensated accordingly.
