It’s been some rough days for me.
🕑 Added 2018-09-01 10:49:54 +0000 UTC Hello. My dearest friends. I need to apologize for my lack of productivity (again). It’s been some rough days for me. I expected that I can be less stressed and less busy after the inspection end in 8/7. But I was deeply mistaken. Our institution suffer from many problems. Such as understaff, lacking Standardized procedure, too many documentation need to be completed, client shortage (which lead to accepting unsuitable client that need extra attention and effort)…etc. Not to mention dealing with people with mental illness is tremendously stressful on it’s own(Really, sometimes it feel like a mental torment > <) To make the matter worse, three of my collogue planned to leave. To be honest, I also feel like leaving. I have accumulated 46 hrs of overtime. Some of the working condition they promised hasn’t been met. Seriously, if it wasn’t for the fact that the workplace is very close to my home and it only take minimal effort in commuting, I would have resigned long ago. All in all. I‘m unhappy with my current job and all its tiring works make it difficult for me to concentrate on drawing. :(Still, I can not let it be my excuse. I need try harder in September. Sorry again for my unproductivity. I’ll do both the August’s ans September's Patreon reward soon so I can focus more creating comics!
