This is a matter of preference exclusively. Many small details create fuss and take the eyes away from the main thing, as well as the atmosphere that the author conceived is lost

Honest opinion the blur last one looks inferior to the effects penultimate one. Feels like the blur effect erases too much of the fine details of the pic.
