tyviania, who works on pixiv, works for less than 10 hours and earns more than $500 from commission income. And this person is already earning more than $3,000 from patreon activities. Of course, tyviania is of a different generation from me, the characters that appear, the tastes are different, and the skills are good, but it was a big shock to me. (I'm only thinking of earning under $1000 for adult animation production in the long run.)
Does tyviania's work match the taste of the sponsors? The voting results don't mean much to me, but I'm curious about the opinions of the supporters.

픽시브에서 활동하시는 tyviania님은 커미션 수익으로 10시간 이하 작업에 50만원 이상을 버시더군요. 그리고 patreon활동만으로 이미 3000$ 이상을 벌고 계시고요. 물론 tyviania님은 저와 세대가 다르고, 등장하는 캐릭터도, 취향도 다르고, 실력도 좋으시지만, 제게는 큰 충격이었습니다. (저는 장기적으로 성인 애니메이션 제작으로 $1000 이하의 수익만 생각하고 있습니다.)
후원자분들의 취향 기준으로 tyviania님 작품은 어떤가요? 투표결과가 제게 큰 의미가 있진 않지만 후원자분들의 의견이 궁금합니다.

I'm thinking of getting commission instead of making B works in the future. And if the supporters' response is good, I'll choose commission work instead of monthly work. Commissioned works are open to the public, and all works include my watermark.
Which of the two commission methods below is better?
Method A: Proceed for $100 per commission.
Method B: Voting after collecting the characters and scenes requested by sponsors of $25 per month. Proceed with the final selected work. I will not refund your donation if you are not selected. I'm thinking of a 1/4 chance = 25% win, no matter how low. If there is no other competitor, you win 100%. I haven't created the $25 sponsorship option yet.
And since it is very difficult to get a refund on the Patreon site, if you do not want to register for a commission even next month, I recommend that you stop sponsoring after the voting results are out.

[Talk: Future direction of work 앞으로 작품의 방향성]
1. It is a bit short, but I am trying to pursue an infinitely repeating video.
2. Instead of expressing various camera compositions, I am thinking of a way to increase the number of works a little more. In this way, I expect to be able to increase the work concept by 1.5 times compared to before. Of course I won't know until I try it myself.
3. In the month of January, it seems that most of the time other than one work in January should be used as time to organize the rules for commission. There are so so many things I want to study in Blender, but I have to put it off. Maybe one additional video of the concept of work I worked on last month, or maybe two more.

2. 다양한 카메라 구도로 표현하는 방법 대신에 작품수를 조금 더 늘리는 방법을 생각하고 있습니다. 이 방식을 사용하면 투자한 시간 대비 작품컨셉을 1.5배로 늘릴 수 있을 거라고 기대하고 있습니다. 물론 직접 해보기 전에는 알 수 없지요.
3. 1월달은 1월의 작품을 하나 이외에 대부분의 시간을 커미션 요청에 대한 규정을 정리하는 시간으로 사용해야 할것 같습니다. Blender에서 공부하고 싶은 부분도 너무 너무 많지만, 미뤄야겠네요. 어쩌면 지난달에 작업한 작품 컨셉들의 추가 영상을 1개나 많으면 2개 정도 더 진행할 수도 있겠네요.

A lot of Patreon artists do Patreon work but still offer commissions as well. You could offer commission slots only above a certain tier and charge slightly less for the commission, and still make videos for patrons. Then you can choose what kind of work you want to do more of so you can balance the two.
