ASMR Meditation Hypnosis 🤍 RP
🕑 Added 2022-04-17 20:19:56 +0000 UTCWelcome to this ASMR Hypnosis Meditation. Today we will explore some energy healing that will hopefully give you tingles, as well as close whispers, eye contact and personal attention. Enjoy!
Big thanks to Patrons, and those who purchase my services beyond YouTube, you're my heroes!
11th century female Buddhist Machig Labdrön taught a spiritual practice called Chöd. Her strategy of “feeding your demons” was to nurture rather than battle our inner and outer enemies. Her teachings offer a revolutionary path to resolve conflict that leads to psychological integration and inner peace. Demons are our obsessions and fears. They can show up as illnesses, depression and suffering.
Many of the Shadow Healing practices I have learned are based on based on Machig’s teachings. As part of this practice, I offer ASMR readings and meditations which help to uncover your “Gods” i.e. your desires, hopes, what you are obsessed with or long for, and what are your “Demons” i.e. your fears, stresses and blind spots.
After the reading is complete we finish with a personalized meditation. This meditation will guide you through where these energies live within your body, and how to transform them so that you can experience inner freedom in all areas of your life! I have been reading Tarot and practicing Meditation for over 10 years and it would my honour to read for you and guide you into a deeper place of peace:
