[Important] Regarding upcoming changes to physical print Tiers
🕑 Added 2025-03-30 04:19:52 +0000 UTCHi all! I wanted to let you know about an upcoming change to my rpint/physical Tiers (Tier 6 and 7).
Starting on April 1st, the two physical Tiers will be removed and combined into one physical Tier. I've talked about it before, but ever since Patreon changed the back end on how I can filter my Patrons, it has become near impossible to deal with physical Tiers. It has gotten x10 more confusing than it was before. It used to be no hassle at all to see who paid for what tier during what month, it seems like the most simple request ever but doing something that simple is impossible for Patreons back end ever since the forced update.
Since I previously had 2 physical Tiers, this was even MORE difficult to organise. I actually have to email Patreon every month and ask their customer service to send me a CSV file and even that file does not show me all the information I need. This effects all Tiers, even digital ones but at least with digital tiers if someone messages me to tell me they didn't get their rewards, I can easily check from the DM what Tier they paid for previosuly and send the rewards. However with physcial rewards this is a lot more complicated as I of course have to order physical stock.
The main problem is this:
If someone joins Tier 6 and pays, but is unsure if they want the prints for the next month so they downgrade to Tier 1 then Patreon will show them as only having paid for Tier 1 EVENTHOUGH they paid for Tier 6. It filters them out, and I have no way of checking other than going through thousands of followers individually. Also if someone was gifted, or joined multiple months at once that also seems to not show them as having paid for the tier...even though they did.
My last attempt to keep the physical Tiers running will be this! I am swapping to ONE physical Tier only. Here are the details:
Current Tier 6 and 7 will be removed on March 31st. They will be replaced with a NEW Tier 6.
The new Tier 6 will be a inbetween tier of the two previous. The cost will be 100USD and it will contain:
All Rewards from Previous Tiers including Set A + B + C + 1 Past Set
6 Signed Prints every month (x2 From each months sets)
2 random stickers each month
Monthly Spicy Polaroid
IMPORTANT: I will be LIMITING the amount of people who can join the physical Tier to 15 people per month for now. This means if you choose to downgrade your tier at some point, you do risk loosing the place in this tier so be careful!
