Yang Wudi spoke up, "Everyone, please don't panic. Take a look at this latest information."
Yang Wushuang was the first to pick up the note. After glancing at it, his eyes widened, clearly surprised by its content.
After a round of passing around, everyone else saw the contents of the note: Martial Soul Hall Pope Qian Xunji led Chrysanthemum Douluo and Ghost Douluo to go out.
Yang Wudi glanced at the crowd and said, "This is the latest information I've received, provided by an insider within the Martial Soul Hall. Martial Soul Hall Pope Qian Xunji has led Chrysanthemum Douluo and Ghost Douluo out of Martial Soul City. What their specific intentions are, no one knows at the moment."
"You all should know that in recent years, the conflicts between us and the Martial Soul Hall have intensified, and a battle could break out at any time. This time, Po Di feels uneasy, and I myself also sense something is wrong."
"Whether it's fighting or dying in battle, I, Yang Wudi, am not afraid. In fact, the entire Breaking Clan isn't afraid. But Po Di is still a child and doesn't understand much. So, we might as well let him go to Heaven Dou City to Sight see."
At this moment, Yang Wushuang spoke up, "Big Brother, you mean to——"
"I don't mean anything specific. Our older generation can afford to die, but the younger members of our clan are still too young. We need to leave some hope for the clan."
"Big Brother, what are your plans?"
"Wushuang, this time you'll lead the team, taking Zhen Tian and Jinfeng, along with all clan children under 12, to Heaven Dou City to play. Remember, if this turmoil doesn't stop, don't return."
"But, Big Brother, if something really happens, only you will be left at home."
"Wushuang, don't worry. I'm not old yet. I can still hold the clan here. Your side is crucial—it's the hope of our Breaking Clan."
Hearing this, everyone around fell silent.
Finally, Yang Wushuang nodded heavily, "Big Brother, don't worry. I will take good care of these children."
After Yang Podi slipped out of the house, he hadn't even had time to find a carriage heading towards Heaven Dou City before his mother, Niu Jinfeng, grabbed him by the neck and held him back.
Seeing his tall mother, Yang Podi immediately acted out his childlike behavior, "Mom, why are you here? You're not going to bring me home, are you?"
Niu Jinfeng seemed a bit displeased, "You little rascal, didn't I say we'd take you to Heaven Dou City in a few days? Why dare you sneak out on your own?"
"Aren't I afraid you won't take me?"
"Forget it, I won't punish you this time. Just go home now, and we'll go together tomorrow."
"Together? Mom, what does that mean? Who else is going to go?"
Niu Jinfeng looked at Yang Podi with a hint of meaning in her eyes, "Earlier, your grandfather said that since we're going to Sight see, we shouldn't be too biased. So, Second Grandpa will lead all the clan children to go together. That way, we can feel more at ease."
Yang Podi felt very surprised upon hearing this, "Grandpa said to take all the children to play? What does Grandpa mean by that?"
"What does it mean? What are you overthinking for, little kid?"
And so, Yang Podi was brought back to the Breaking Clan by his mother, Niu Jinfeng.
Upon returning home, Yang Podi carefully considered Grandpa's decision today: Could it be that Grandpa also sensed something was wrong or felt danger, so he decided to send all the clan children to Heaven Dou City for refuge? Or did Grandpa receive some information?
The next morning, Yang Podi was woken up by someone. He arrived in the courtyard, which included all children under 12 years old. There were about forty to fifty children in total.
Specifically, Second Grandpa Yang Wushuang led the team. Among the adults, besides Second Grandpa Yang Wushuang, there were ten others, including his father Yang Zhentian and his mother Niu Jinfeng, as well as a few people holding children, clearly some mothers of the children.
Many children were very happy to hear they were going to Heaven Dou City to play. Even a few Older children were whining excitedly, obviously thrilled. After all, going out to play is always fun, especially to one of the most prosperous cities on the continent—Heaven Dou City.
Under the arrangements of everyone, the children boarded the carriages waiting at the entrance. There were nine carriages in total. Each carriage had one or two adults assigned, along with several children. Yang Podi, along with his father, mother, and a few children, boarded the last carriage, clearly intended for his father to take the lead and care for the entire convoy.
Second Clan Leader Yang Wushuang was in the foremost carriage. With a command, all the carriages set off towards Heaven Dou City.
After the carriages departed, Yang Podi watched the Breaking Clan's residence fade into the distance, thinking to himself: I hope the Breaking Clan can survive this crisis. Without us children being a burden, the clan should lose fewer people. I also hope that after the war breaks out, Grandpa can lead the clan to Heaven Dou City, as it is one of the relatively safe places.
Meanwhile, Yang Wudi, leading all the elders, watched the departure of the caravan from his room. His gaze was serious, yet with a hint of consolation. Everyone seemed to breathe a sigh of relief, as those leaving were their own nephews, nieces, and younger generations.
Once the caravan was completely out of sight, Yang Wudi turned to the gathered elders, "Elders, from now on, we need to pay attention to gathering information and enforcing strict security within the clan. Although we don't know what's going to happen, it will surely be something significant, even affecting the life and death of our Breaking Clan."
As the clan leader of the Breaking Clan and an elder of the Clear Sky Sect's outer gate, Yang Wudi was very experienced in handling matters and was not lacking in methods or determination. With his command, the clan internal atmosphere became tense.
At the same time, Yang Wudi took the note and went to a meeting place. Soon, the Strength's leader Titan, The Defense clan leader Niu Gao, and The speed clan leader Bai He—arrived there.
Of course, the three didn't seem surprised upon seeing Yang Wudi's note.
Niu Gao immediately spoke up, "Old Goat, what's going on? Why do you seem paranoid? And why did you arrange for all the clan children to go to Heaven Dou City ?"
Yang Wudi shook his head, "It's nothing. I've just been feeling a bit uneasy lately, and my eldest grandson was insisting on going to Heaven Dou City to sight see, so I arranged for all the clan children to go together."
"Oh, Old Goat, it was my little grandson who wanted to go Sight see ? If I had known, I would have accompanied him too."
At this moment, Bai He also spoke up, "You old rhinoceros, the sect has so many matters going on recently? How do you have time to go play?"
As the uncle of Tang Hao and Tang Xiao, Bai He was the top external relative of the Clear Sky Sect and was currently in high spirits.
It was Titan who spoke up, "Lately, it has indeed been a bit busy. If I had time, I'd also like to go Sight see for a while."
Obviously, the other three clan leaders had received similar messages, but the three of them didn't seem to care at all. Yang Wudi simply shook his head alone, hoping he was just overthinking things.
