Peacefinder Simply

Yeah, it is very common. Basically underdog gets lucky or works hard and very quickly surpasses everyone in no time is so common.

Is it? I've maybe seen it twice, maybe 3 times so far. I also don't watch a ton of isekai.

Overlord_Ashalon

The whole "The MC was summoned by accident or is deemed a failure but turns out to be stronger than the actual heroes" is fairly common now.

DayBlaze

Loving this vibe, wasn't expecting it from this show, I was thinking it was just going to be some trash isekai, thankfully I was dead wrong as it looks like an interesting take on the genre

So... Tsuyoi means "Strong" and surely you know that Oishi means "delicious" His name is... Tsuyoshi. Could that be a pun combining the two? Japaneese novels and their character names, dude, lmao. Also, the VA for Fenrir is Satoshi Hino, his most famous role is... Momonga!

Anriku

Absolutely. This man holds the power of economy in his hands. He could shake up this fantasy world with ease, I think. I would love to see him make a restaurant where adventurers come to get buffs before hard missions. That'd be a cool start.

Nyte's Halo

I think of all the heroes, his is actually the most broken skill, and not simply by power. If he wanted, he could economically topple the kingdoms

You aren't kidding, man. This season has a lot of series to check out. Last few seasons had your heavy hitters and a couple hidden gems, but this season seems to have a lot of solid series. Luckily, you aren't too late on this one since it dropped around 12:30 PM today. ;)
