Yeah, Medaka. That series was fun. Madoka makes me think of Madoka Magica. Idk why I brought up Medaka. XD

Makima must have contracted a shinigami or the people have feared the Death Note as a joke that it actually became a devil lol. Also, to be fair, everybody was useless back in the hotel with the eternity devil, or at the very least Aki could try to use his sword but whether that would work out wasn't guaranteed. Anyways, did you mean Medaka Box when you said Madoka box? That was a great series.

this pun is deeply underrated, why can't i give you 10 likes

Anriku

LMAO! Kobeni went murder mode and I love it. Couldn't believe it lol

Anriku

She's wild af. I wonder if she has multiple contracts.

TheMonarch

Yooo makima the GOAT, i wonder which devil she has contracted

Makima: I Lived bitch! Makima at the temple with the prisoners is iconic, wild seeingn her turn those suckers into pancakes now in the anime! Kobeni goes off let's goooo! I have been waiting since forever to see this animated 😂 obviously she's contracted to the monkey devil how else she got those moves lol, absolutely based but I also just wanna hug her. major props to the va that part of her having a mental breakdown was impeccable and the framing of the shots dang shit gets me more emotional now 😢 new ending song is from Aimer!!! The endings never miss.

Oh man, the temple scene is one of the best moments of the manga, and Mappa killed it. To really emphasize how busted Makima's ability was, the distance from Tokyo to Kyoto is almost 500 km. She killed 30 people easily at that range. No kidding that's a bullshit ability. And hey, Himeno did say that Kobeni had the skills to make it as a devil hunter, just not the mental fortitude for it. Also, fun fact about the ending, it was animated by one guy. Masanobu Kiraoka. Really incredible work, it's some of the smoothest animation we've seen in these endings.

Kobe Cryant coming in clutch.

Yagi di Hoshi

Our man Grand Guerrilla worked on this as well as that SO ep 34, as 2nd Key Animator. So far, this is his second ever anime debut, and what a series to continue this streak with

Anriku

She should have used the chainsaw. I want to see someone using Denji like Denji used Pochita. 🤣 🤣

Giorno X

LOL the author just shared on Twitter that Kobeni was supposed to use Arai as her shield, just like she used Denji's body later(no she wasn't going to use the chainsaw). But at the final work it was potrayed like Arai protected her instead. Kobeni has a very interesting yet flawed personality(just like everyone in the show), she was forced to do this job and seems doesn't care about anybody exept herself.
