Actually, you might be correct. I can't recall him looking down on someone because they're a peasant. Trying to remember if he looked down on Asta because of it. I feel this could have been handled differently but either way, luckily Julius came in clutch as always.

I'm not so sure if he is a bigot like the rest, just unfortunately understands the situation and the bigotry of the nobles and the royals overall and knows that he is a no win situation concerning what is taking place, the nobles are looking for blame and Asta is just the convenient person that also plays into the prejudices of the nobles. He is an interesting character that gets introduced.

Anriku

For sure. His heart is in the right place when it comes to the Kingdom. He is a rigid man that goes by the book, but he is also a bigot like a lot of the nobles/royals.

Damnatio is one of those interesting characters, yes he is an asshole in a way, but he is also truly trying to look out for what is best for the Clover Kingdom at the same time and would make at least a better King than the current King as well.
