David's dream it has stuck with me ever since I saw this scene I did not expect all those metal things coming out of him jeeeezus. You gonna be doing more of the show soon tho cuz episode 6 I need to see the reaction lol

I think it's delusions of grandeur. His mother believed he could rise the ranks in a world where its near impossible to do so. Especially for someone born in poverty. Then he started to act like an addict.
Man that last smirk from JK, man knew David wasn't actually special... I wonder why David feels so inclined to think like that, maybe to justify not following his Mom's wishes maybe? Like to prove he was correct in choosing this path in life
