This will be Mastery Stain's Blitzing Talon finisher, I am completely certain. Mastery Stain's kit already has 3 JJK references (Dagger Cascade Finisher, Black Flash Passive/Finisher, Blitzing Talon), and in a sneak a month ago we saw the stick-figure animation outline for Blitzing Talon, and that showed the finisher variation which was Todo's Black Flash. It is, without question, going to be Blitzing Talon's finisher.
