We actually figured it out in the Discord Patreon Chat and got confirmation from one of the people working on the map that you'll be able to go there from the main map via the train station they added a few updates ago.

They said in their discord that it’s not a ranked map or a map in a cutscene like TRUE EVIL so we don’t rlly know yet
