I get where Koko is coming from and, in the grand scheme of things, 700k lives isn't really much considering the world's population...but does it still make what she is doing right? There is also no absolute that she will succeed with her plans either.

Right. Imagine if it falls into someone else's hands. Hell, even Koko could eventually use it for those means if her goals/motives/etc change.

You are spitting facts. The ending caught me off guard, but it was clear this would eventually happen...still surprised me though. XD

What an episode. The reveal at the end makes the other episodes look like childsplay.

Jormungand is actually even worse than having the ability to put all logistical control in the world in Koko's hands. They mentioned this last time they talked about a quantum computer but it can actually break any encryption system in the world with ease. So no banking, no military encryption, no CIA encryption, no nuclear launch code encryption etc.
