Deca-Dence Episode 2 Reaction - WTH!

I also want to speculate on what might be happening, but I won't have time until next Wednesday and that's when this airs. I could wait to watch Episode 3 until I put that video out, but idk. Thoughts?

Lets hope it goes well and the writing is great. I wouldnt be surprised if the ones in charge are robots too cause they keep mentioning the system etc. All of it relates to robots.

I've 2 theories. The first is that aliens came to earth bringing with them their robotic servants and food-stock, took over and are now using whats left of humanity as NPCs. The second is that we developed strong AI and bio-weapons and then kicked off world war III, with the AI taking pity on their foolish creators. Cant wait to find out which theory is closest to the truth.
