Quick clarification: Book Man helped R's informant and his family escape during that uprising, that's why he felt indebted to Book Man. Hex did in fact kill Echo, he died in a similar fashion to R where he stayed behind to delay Hex so Koko could escape. That is Chiquita in the thumbnail, and she is as much a certified badass as Lehm.
