Motel interiors finished

After a lot of tweaking, thinking, deleting, removing, changing, thinking, adding, tweaking again, I can say that I'm happy with motel rooms.
Unfortunately, there is no asset or 3D model, completely ready for my game. I have to tweak or even create something by myself.
Of course, I wish to do it like some other people, just buy, load and render. And I will gladly do it for some city areas to save time.
There is a motel asset available, but it's too old and dirty even for my needs. So I had to create and edit something in 3DMax, change textures in Substance Painter, create some custom morphs for DAZ, etc.
After that I had to tweak lights, render a lot of trash images just to see what it will look like, tweak, render, tweak, render, add, render, remove and so on.
Also this is a prototype room, which I will make 7 copies from. Therefore I have to think more than twice before I decide to do it. Otherwise I'll have to change all SEVEN rooms instead of one file.
I had to think beforehand, what I can implement inside these rooms, like washing Savage; watching horror movies with Grace; peeping on people taking bath/going to toilet and fucking; fucking someone; and other things (hate spoilers, so no spoilers, all shit I mentioned was obvious).
But, I finished. I wanted it to be special, custom. Believable. Realistic. To make sense. Dirty. Old. Vintage. Interesting. Appealing...
All those small things here and there to not make it empty...
