If thriller elements are possibly added in the far future, there should always be at least one decision path to either avoid or prevent it entirely. Especially if the victim was one of the main girls.

I think murder could be a really interesting feature in the game, particularly if you're going to involve NTR. Particularly if the character being NTR'd is murdered. But like Frosty said above me, it would probably be best to include down the line after a good bit of buildup so it makes sense.

I'm not sure if people wait some murders when it's about psycho Norman Bates with his split personality. It's actually not what it intended to be.

In the beginning it's certainly better to keep things a bit more simple and establish a good basis for the game. Maybe in later parts of the game you could bring that up again, if you want to experiment and mix up some stuff.
