I have long wanted to try to make a new body that would not depend on CBBE. I knew it would be difficult but it was worth a try...
I thought that making a new mesh for the body was the most difficult step, but working with 4-8k textures (to completely create realistic skin and details using real reference photos) tired me - it took me more than a week.
Then I found out that to work with phasegen and for skin textures, characters use a different format of normal maps (object space). a couple of days and figured out the problem.
To connect the body and head I made a strap around the neck (then I will make different necklaces) it looks ok.
I can’t make the junction of the body from the arms and feet 100% invisible for now, maybe later I can or will make jewelry that will hide...
Everyone already knows that my body is not compatible with other bodies and armors/clothes, so the Unique Body mod for female player is ideal. this is temporary until I make new clothes or a Vanilla Armor Patch compatible with my body.
