🕑 Added 2017-09-17 19:56:57 +0000 UTC I just wanted to post and let everyone know I am planning to do a Raksura story this month. I just finished the first draft of the fourth Murderbot novella, Exit Strategy, which was due Friday. It turned out to be a lot harder to write and really kicked my butt, and I'm kind of struggling to catch up on all the other stuff I need to do.Also, someone had asked a question about whether there will be an audiobook of The Harbors of the Sun, and I'm sad to say it doesn't look like it. I don't have any control over it, it's up to the audiobook publisher, and I suspect they didn't sell enough of The Edge of Worlds audiobook to make it worth it to them to finish the series. It's very disappointing, but it's kind of a common problem with long-running series.
In happier news, there was an interview with me on The Verge about the second Murderbot novella, Artificial Condition, and a cover reveal: https://www.theverge.com/2017/9/16/16315474/science-fiction-author-martha-wells-murderbot-robots-interview
and there's an excerpt of Artificial Condition on my web site here: http://www.marthawells.com/murderbot2.htm
