She doesn't play a lot of console games, so the lack of controller muscle-memory made some of the more intense platforming a bit of a challenge for her, but fortunately the game is very forgiving with its checkpoints.

I wish I could tell you there isn't a lot of it but... there is a lot of platforming. It's a really charming game, though (even if its central message is a little naïve).

I would love to play It Takes Two with my wife, but she hates platforming with a passion, so I don't think it's going to happen.
