BETTER EYES PROJECT
🕑 Added 2024-03-15 01:01:28 +0000 UTCSo. Why is it "better"? Not because one day I woke up thinking that I was painting the best eyes in the world, ha-ha. This is because any texture drawn for this mesh will look better in the game than the texture drawn for the base game due to the creation technology. That's all. I don't declare my designs the best or anything.
A little bit about how I came up with the idea of creating this project. I've been upset for a long time because the eyes in the game look much worse than in the original because of the way the game compresses the texture. And I decided to improve it the way I can!
Does not slow down the functioning of the game. Do not conflict with anything. But the heterochromia option, as always, conflicts with bracelets.
All items are available in the "details" categories, so you don't have to choose it separately for each outfit.
Note for the other authors: you can use this technology for your cc, but please do not include the mesh in the file (create a file that requires the original mesh and give a link to this post) and create your own texture. Thank you for respecting my work!

I want this so bad! I'm trying my hardest to make recolors for my own use and I just suck lol I'd love to have the psd file to make it easier and not take her time to do all the colors everybody wants; or you know if she was generous enough to add more colors haha.

I recommend deleting the broken file and downloading it again. Sometimes files just get corrupted during use on the hard drive!

I was unable to open my game so I did the 50/50 method and saw that this cc was responsible, but it worked fine for me before the update

Hi! The commenter above is correct. You can find the regular version of the eyes in the face paint or eye details category.

You downloaded the Heterochromia ones and they only show up in skin details. The eyes for both you will have to use in facepaint

Hi! The eyes located in the scars are "heterochromia option" and it should conflict with the bracelets, because it is located on the uv map in their zone. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the uv map for sims is very small, it is impossible to do heterochromy in any other way! The eyes located in the face paint and eye details section do not conflict with anything.

hii! i noticed after the new update whenever i put on a bracelet on my sim it shows up in my sims eyes when i have the eyes in the "body scars" category on my sim.

I've converted these 4 to nondefault eyes in S4S for my game and despite giving them all different organized Secondary ID numbers, some seem to be duplicated or overlapping each other. Is there anything with the eyes that prevents them from individually being used as nondefault eyes?

look into the eye details category, far under the skin details tab. there they are and won't show up in the normal eye section :)

These are my absolute favourite eyes EVER! They are simply amazing, I am blown away by them. The quality is so impressive. I cannot wait to see an expansion to this set (occults? defaults?). Seriously the best eyes. Like another user, I do wish there were true black/deeper brown swatches for each. I might see if I can learn to recolor them so I can add it myself for personal use hmm. I'm very enthusiastic to put these eyes in my game. They're lovely and I want to see them in game. Any chance this is possible to do in default replacement eyes? As I Have a lot of NPCs and would love them all to enjoy the same technology to have beautiful eyes all around. I use your A Thousand Nights eyes for default. I'm in love with eyes nº4 though :D

I lovee your eye sets, but can I make a slight request/critique? I think it would be cool to include an even deeper brown almost black color in the set. just a little suggestion since these eyes are soo cutee, and I mostly create sims with deep brown eyes.💕
