Have you pledged enough? Once you have, you should be able to claim it from the main website. It took a few hours for mine but I had no other issue. Make sure your account is connected as well.

Removed Sanity? I hope the Weekly Experience Limit is gone too, or at the very least raised significantly. I love this game, man. You have no idea how much it's satisfied my need for looking at some nice eye candy in gaming. I hope guns or some type of combat gets added one day, sorta like NIKKE but actually good! Sounds like a goldmine to be honest. My search is over for the time being and I can't wait to see what's next.
