Hello, everyone! Another monthly update is here.
In version 0.8.6 we have upgraded Unreal Engine to 5.5 in preparation for DLSS4 support. This particular engine version had some physics issues that resulted in a number of mesh and physics problems in some outfits, especially the Lunar New Years dresses. To compensate, all players who purchased any of the Lunar New Years outfits will receive Juzi’s LNY outfit: Mist-Riding Serpent (attached image #2) for free in the March update. This update necessitated a data rollback earlier this month; if you were affected by the rollback, please check your inbox for compensation.
Version 0.8.68 addresses meshing issues with Haute Couture outfits, and added half-nude states to some of them. New thin vinyl clothing materials have been implemented, applying to all outfits that use it.

Reworked the POV camera so first-person view is correctly applied
Hair will correctly collide with environment props
Maximum breast jiggle has been increased
Optimized the range and falloff of other player’s sex sounds
Mid-air experiments can now be placed mid-air regardless of ground objects
The camera can now travel through the glass walls of the Archimedes lab area
Love juice splattering effects will appear more often
UI, facial expressions, voices, and sound effects optimized
Bug fixes:
Fixed the issue where the operation bed could not be interacted with in some instances
Fixed mesh issues with some costumes
Fixed strange Sylph texture issues
Fixed the issue where come costumes were not automatically removed when using bondage
Fixed abnormal incontinence counts
Fixed interaction issues with stools in the Crew Quarters
Fixed issues where experiment UI can get stuck in the character menu under specific circumstances
Fixed an issue causing the robotic arm in the Archimedes to disappear after exiting experiments involving it
Fixed an issue with Talon floating when pole dancing
Relaxed restrictions on experiment placements in the Crew Quarters map

Daily Tasks can now be completed in VR
New movement mode: rotate around the focus point
Network exception handling: will exit to main VR menu, and prompts players when there is no network connection

Can the porblem of NEP turning negative be solved or not? Theere's no announcement and the issue remains unresolved. There's no other solution either. Are we just supposed to wait idly? with the discord closed, it would be nice to be able to have a way to provide feedback on the development. For the most part, I think what is here is good, but some fine tuning could make it a lot better. Peer review store refresh needs to be cut in half at a minimum, or the number of insight and blueprints that can be purchased using likes should be increased. Otherwise, what is the point of having tens of thousands of likes? There needs to be a way to get rid of belly bulge on characters you haven't purchased the research pass for. Even if this is something you buy in the peer review store, or it decays over time. The cost of the research pass is quite high. If you want to charge $18 USD for new characters, fine. But let's have some sales on older characters. Maybe a bundle or a discount on NEDs for a limited time, or giveaways. Something to keep people engaged. Even the most egregious Gatcha games out there have sales and bundles and rewards to keep people engaged and maybe get some money out of them that you wouldn't otherwise get with huge charges.

The rate at which the game gives you opportunities to get data fragments and insights from the peer review tab is castrating and a joke. the amount of data fragments you get from any duplicate card is a joke (its like 260 a year DataFrag and 105 Insight) and combined with the amount of duplicate cards you seem to pull its an insult. and reminder you have to log in without missing to get those amounts. holy shit. its worse than early 2010s free mobile games. are there stat numbers available to see the rate at which you are likely to pull each type of card? just remove duplicates if you get such meager payback for getting one. i am BEGGING YOU GUYS be more lenient and more giving with the amount of non NEP currencies you give. at the end of the line we will all die and we cannot snap our fingers to give ourselves more time on earth. at this point its disrespectful to your players and patrons. on top of the time it takes to get any substantial amount of anything except paid currency, you guys cannot seem to actually even automatically pay out the NEP on time each month. but the charges will come out of people payments on time, im sure. Do the devs also have to twiddle their fingers for 7 weeks in order to get enough data fragments to purchase one single outfit piece that is on SALE??? or do you guys just give yourself those currency/items? i have been supporting this game since before it was on steam and i cannot manage to even level up the relationships for the characters before all of my living ancestors die out before me. I LOVE THIS GAME; once again i BEG YOU GUYS... stop this stingyness and insulting time wasting of your extremely generous supporters. some of these lovely people are giving you guys more than FIFTY DOLLARS A MONTH. and we cannot even get 50 Data fragments in two months by the average means you offer your players.
