Update | Staying Safe 🖤

This doesn’t even include the COVID-19 virus, which I will discuss in a moment. Usually when I’m not mentally alright, I count my blessings. If you scroll farther down our page here, you’ll find consistent thanks for always being supportive of me. I always like to remain thankful, humble, and teachable. Today was the icing on the cake, a childhood friend of mine passed away. It added to all of the building stress this week and I finally broke down. Instead of doing this in front of my husband/children, I drove to a quiet (safe) place, and cried. Once I started, I could not stop. It kept coming and coming. When I finally was able to catch my breath and wipe my eyes, I felt better. I drove home. I returned to my daily life.
I know this is a difficult time for many of you right now. This is a situation many of us have never experienced before.. a global pandemic. It’s very frightening, not only with the virus, but the way people are acting. I know this is causing stress and anxiety. I just want you to know that we will get through this together, as a collective, despite the negativity that comes with it. This is a great time for us to take time to reflect, spend time (isolated) with our families and loved ones, ourselves. I’m finding many comments on our channel discuss ASMR, and how it’s helpful now more than ever. I’m going to take some time tomorrow and dedicate about an hour to just relaxing you all into sleep. I will have this out as soon as I can. Until then, please stay safe family. One of my favorite sayings is “one day at a time”. Although these days are seemingly slow and scary.. we can, and we WILL, get through this. As I always say, I LOVE you, with ALL of my person, and I will see you soon, family. Stay SAFE.
