I'd lean towards wolves as it gives an opportunity of comparing wolf specific units against various Primaris units and could be interesting how they compare. Grey Hunters vs. Intercessors, for example. The sword puts them at equal attacks, with difference being their shots and quality of melee attacks. It makes the point difference interesting—also, Bloodclaws vs. Assault Intercessors. That said, Deathwatch and their "mix and match" unit structure is also really interesting.

I think Deathwatch is the better pick, they got a whole new range of units added to their roster which is incredibly exciting
