I'd recommend NewRecruit over both the GW app and even Battlescribe for list building. It may be worth exploring and even giving some exposure if you find it useful too.

Great video. This helped me consider my lists. I’m newer to the hobby, so my figuring out how things mesh together has been a learning experience. This rough break down of % of each unit type and the like is helping me put together some issues I have been having with brining enough of things to the field.
