Beyond the bike chaplain getting shafted, SW need a full rework of both codex and miniature range as it is the most non codex complaint chapter and is in a very awkward place. SW only get the hounds of "no-one-gets-them-anyway", as a primaris unit with SW flavour. And one can only go so long with the SW primaris conversion kit, and maybe bits from older firstborn boxes to get them at least looking half the part. This is probably the reason we will not get a codex until at least late 2024.
