it feels a bit overcosted to me for how low its OC feels, but the brutalis isnt that much cheaper and doesnt really do anything the redemptor cant

I've been playing around with 2 in my 2000pt army. They do really well against mid-tier armies. They're hard to move, stay alive until round 5, and present a real threat to infantry and light armour. I've been running them with Plasma thus far, but want to swap them out for full gatling guns to fish for devastating wounds.

Redemptor does not excel in anything but does a bit of all. And doesn't die easy. I play 2 ^^ Maybe it feels a little overcosted.

Dark Angels player here: The Return-Fire strategem (Grim Retribution) only triggers if the unit had one or more models destroyed from it. From what I can tell, because the Redemptor Dreadnought is a solo model, Grim Retribution would not work on this. Let me know if that's not the case!
