I'm a huge fan of the Conniving Plate in the TS book. The 2+ is great on Daemon prince- quite an upgrade stacked with armor of contempt and the halving attacks is huge right now as more and more units are gaining crazy high numbers of attacks. He laughs at chainswords hoards.

As an Imperial Fists player, I love using Gift of the Phalanx to give a fighty sergeant the Fist of Terra. Something like a Relic Terminator sergeant gets 5 power fist attacks without the -1 to hit

I'm a big fan of the Black Rune of Damnation in the new CSM codex. You can put it on a squad sergeant, and it hands out a 10-man brick of terminators or possessed -1 to wound, which makes them infernally difficult to remove

The Craftworld Altansar WD supplement has a remix that lets the bearer alter the value of a Fate die by +/-1 (min 1, max 6) when rolling date dice at the beginning of every round. It's pretty handy.
