I know this is mainly based on playing the tabletop game, but I wouldn't mind a couple videos on which models you think just look the coolest or unique.

More generalist videos are always good as they can inform and educate a greater range of people, so would say things like Deployment and Archetypes should be main focuses. It might also be worth looking at framing how everything links together - e.g. you build your list having a rough plan and secondaries already in mind rather than picking on the fly.
