Well I'm happy I got my idea drawn at least. My next suggestion would be Boa Hancock from One Piece bound with seastone arm and leg shackles and gagged with a ball gag. She would probably be wearing high heels to make it harder to walk.

I guess I'll suggest the other idea then: Lara Croft in a full-body diving suit (but barefoot). She's tied from the knees up so she can only take small, awkward steps and she's also blindfolded and distracted by vibes.
