I'll go with Lara Croft in one of her diving suits - I suggest a full body one but feel free to use your favorite. Her arms and knees are restrained so she can only make small, awkward steps. Also she's blindfolded and "distracted" by vibes (thanks Necro) to make escape extra hard as well.
